bjivip conducts identity verification (KYC) checks in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Account withdrawals will not be processed until the required KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. KYC requests are fulfilled within five business days of submission.

Dormant account policy: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve months is classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 may be applied to dormant accounts. bjivip will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying such fees.

Where an account is closed for a material breach of these Terms, any balance held — including both real-money funds and bonus balances — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten business days.
